An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Migration Agent to join our team in Scarborough, WA.

You will provide visa consultancy in the following areas:
Student visas, GSM, Partner, 482, ENS, AAT, and all other visas.

Within this role you will:

• Deal effectively with new and existing clients
• Provide timely, commercially focused legal advice to the business
• Prepare, check and lodge visa applications
• Enter and maintain client information in the migration management system and CRM system as required
• Provide a variety of accurate and professional migration advice

About You

As a successful applicant, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a migration agent. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of clients who have English as a second language.

You will have:

• Current registration with OMARA
• The ability to liaise with and build relationships with clients
• The ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Advanced MS Office skills

Fluency in other languages would be highly advantageous
